We don’t see things as they are…we see things as we are.

Sorry I'm not sorry
I’m sick of hearing about: - Irene - earthquakes - Britney - Jersey Shore - how terrible the Panthers are still gonna be - how weekend plans are going to be ruined by the hurricane (seriously??? people’s HOMES and LIVES could be ruined by this…who gives a crap about whether or not you can sit on a beach and relax this weekend.) - Obama anything. Or the government. Or politics in...

In other news
I ran (read: mostly ran, but walked some) 7 miles yesterday. YES, seven. Ouch. It was in the woods on some hilly trails. Umstead Park. Somewhere between 2 and 4, not exactly sure when. Friday: work all day Kenny Chesney concert all night Saturday: wake up too early and drive to Winston then to Hanging rock for zip lining then back to Winston to hang out with the parents then stay up til 2:30am or so playing croquet Sunday: wake up too early...
My favorite Raleigh restaurant: Poole's Diner →
Well, at least top 2 or 3. (I love love love Humble Pie, Sitti, and few others) It’s been awhile but we are headed there tonight to celebrate a friend’s 42nd birthday. I can’t wait. It’s the one place I can order mac and cheese for dinner and a Pimm’s Cup to wash it down and not really need another bite. The mac is that good. But so is everything else… For...
