Thank you for this message! I am a little late in noticing it in the queue. :) My apologies! I will definitely tell him. Our family was so excited for the timing of things as well - we are more than excited to have him back on US soil and to have been able to spend tons of time with him and his wife.

We are actually going to see them next weekend for an early Christmas. Since Lauren is quite pregnant they are not traveling for the holidays so we are coming to them. Mom’s bringing all the stockings, presents, etc and has made a deal with Santa to come early for us. We’ve always spent our Christmases at my parents house so this is a first, but I’m glad we get to do it. Now if I could only get those few last minute gifts taken care of…
